After 10 years of land acquisition and nearly two years of construction, Thousand Oaks Golf Club opened in Autumn, 1999. The development team of Michael Dodgson, David Mehney, Frank Southwell (MSD Development Inc.) created one of the top golf courses in the Midwest by taking full advantage of the land's picturesque setting while maintaining its natural beauty.

Today, the golf course, restaurant, and real estate development are collectively one of West Michigan's top places to play golf, dine out, or build a home. Although a public club, membership opportunities are available for those interested in maximizing the benefits of golfing at Thousand Oaks.
